Since we offer thousands of products we cannot show them all on our web site. So please call us if you are interested in something you don't see. We use our primary supplier web tools to display products. Most do not show prices. Those that do show prices do not include engraving or any art charges. Please call us at 951-894-7222. Please be sure to tell us the number of each product you need. We offer quantity discounts. Please remember, when you change the quantity, the discount will change as well.
Some things you should consider:
Engraving, Sand Etching & Full Color Direct Print Prices - Prices are based on a Square Inch basis and not per letter or word. We may need to work up a quote on many projects. The price per square inch may differ based on type of material and the size of the text you want. If you change the specifications of the project, the price may also change as well.
Graphics & Logos - We do not charge extra for engraving graphics. We do charge for artwork where we need to prepare or change graphics for engraving. Most art charges are for your low resolution graphics that are designed for the web. Please give us logos and graphics of at least 150 dpi (medium resolution). Our Inventory - We keep a limited supply of the most popular products. Everything else is ordered for a project. Most of our suppliers have regional warehouses in the Los Angeles area and we receive shipments overnight. Others may take 1 to 2 weeks, so order well ahead of your event date.
Order Quantity - Always give us the quantity of the product you need up front, even if it is only an estimate. Quantity discounts can make a large difference in price.
Order Cancellation - Once we have placed an order for your product with our supplier your order cannot be cancelled, nor can the product be changed. Once the order has been shipped to us the quantity cannot be changed. If in your specifications or needs may change, have us hold the order until you have all the information you need.
Production Schedule - We schedule production on your project as quickly as we can once we have everything. Make sure the text and graphics you give us is what you want when you place the order. Again, have us put the project on hold if you are not sure. This will avoid extra art charges for work we already completed before you made the changes. We do not wait until the last minute to start or complete your project.
Your Metal Products - We do not engrave natural metal. We sell painted brass and aluminum plates that are laser engravable. Natural plain metal must be rotary engraved or diamond drag engraved.
Your Antiques & Precious Things - Don't risk engraving items that are precious or expensive. Engraving is a destructive process and bad things CAN happen.
Your Products - We are not liable for breakage, damage or engraving results on your products. Engrave or Etch at your own risk. Bring us extras if at all possible. If you have not purchased the product, please call us first and we will be happy to guide you in selecting products that work best.
Engraving & sand etching on rounded surfaces can be difficult or impossible, especially compound curves (curving in two directions). We need to see the product before we can quote you. We sell glassware selected for its etchable surfaces. Flat is good!
Too Much Text ...We cannot fit lots of text and graphics in a small area and have it be readable. Less is Best!
Tempered Glass - It cannot be deep etched, only surfaced frosted or it may shatter. And even frosting has its risk.
Your Plastic Products - We do not laser engrave plastic unless it is our own. Many acrylics and all PVC-based products are not designed to be laser engraved and can be toxic.
Size Matters - We can laser engrave up to 13 by 25 inches. We can sandblast most doors and windows, as well as, glass & stone that is quite large. We limit weight to what one person can handle. We do not offer on-site sandblasting services.
